1. Election Feedback
Nobody had anything to report – everyone seems happy with the results.
2. Increase to Charges
Barrel night charges to £10 per head.
For £10 the members will get 6 drams with the guarantee that there will be at least one
exceptional one each time.
Tasting night charges to £15 per head.
3. Society Memberships
Committee will take steps to join societies etc on behalf of the club to take advantage of special
bottlings, offers etc. For future reference any member of committee visiting a distillery/duty
free/event/etc should try to source a bottle for the club.
4. Club trips
Look at a variety of options for trips – see action points.
5. Club Glencairns
Glasses ordered have not been delivered to Good Spirits. Offer to sell to the club at £3 for 1 or
£5 for 2.

Survey Monkey – Offer details of Islay trip and also an option to opt out of advertising non club
stuff.
